Q What is your
return policy?
A
All sales are final, depending on specific situations
(if there was an issue, please contact me, I am pretty flexible). BUT
if any purchase breaks or has an issue, with the exception of normal wear,
I will be happy to fix it or send a replacement for you free of charge.
Just contact me through Etsy or email and ship the item back to me.

Q When can I expect my order to arrive?
A
Most bags are in stock, but some may have to be
made to order if stock is low. For domestic US orders please expect your
bag within 7-10 days of purchase. For international orders please expect
your order within 15-20 days.

Q How do you process payments online?
A
Dahling uses PayPal to process payments- it’s
a fast, safe and secure way to pay with your credit card or bank account
online.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and
Discover.

Q What shipping method do you use and
how do you calculate cost?
A
Domestic US Orders- USPS Priority (for items over
$40) and 1st Class mail (for items under $40). I’ve found both to
be very reliable and reasonable. Included in the cost is a shipping confirmation
/ tracking # which I will email to you after I send the package.
-Canadian
Orders- USPS 1st Class International mail.
-International Orders- USPS Priority Global shipping with insurance.
The price is a bit higher, but it is more secure. International shipment
availability is based on distance from the US. I will convo you if there
is an issue with shipping to your location. If you would like to use
a method other than Global Priority, please let me know. It is at the
buyer's risk to waive the insurance and Dahling Accessories will not
be held responsible for lost packages without insurance.

Q Is there tax added?
A
Accessories, unlike clothing, are taxable in the
state of PA at 6%. This is added at purchase through PayPal.

Q Where are the bags and accessories
made?
A
All Dahling products are made in the USA - outside
of Philadelphia, PA in my studio, by me and my trusty sewing machine.

Q How do you care for the bags?
A
How do you care for the bags? I suggest spot cleaning
with a damp cloth and mild cleanser, but do not dry clean. There is a
special inner stabilizer in the fabric bags that will not do well if dry
cleaned. For leather bags- use a mild cleanser with a damp cloth and wipe
clean with another damp cloth. Let air dry. Do not immerse in water. For
both fabric and leather bags I would also recommend treating with a fabric
or leather spray protectant- do a small test area first though.

orders?

. If you would like to change one of the existing collections’ bags-
such as, you like the fabric of one of the beltbags, but would like it
as a wristbag, etc. I can definitely try to accommodate your requests.
Ask me and I’ll let you know if it’s possible. Please note
that there may be a custom fee of $20 added to the price of your purchase
depending on how complicated the request is.

Do you sell wholesale?
A
Yes! Please contact me and I can send you linesheets
for the coming season. There is a minimum $ amount to spend in order to
qualify for wholesale orders. Email me for more info.
